Butterfly bistro

Firstly the staff could not be nicer. Nothing was too much trouble. The food is good solid grub with beef stew, sausage and mash, lasagne, toasties and the most delicious home made cakes just a sample of what was on offer. And it was absolutely delicious. I think all the food is home made and cooked on the premises. The eating area is large and very comfortable. I give this place 10 out of 10. Signage outside would be useful as I did struggle a bit to find it as it's in sheltered accomodation. But what a find

Excellent facility with all food prepared fresh, full range of both hot and cold drinks available, desserts, cakes and pastries to die for. Plenty of seating in very comfortable surroundings, the staff are very friendly, accommodating and very efficient. Well worth a visit.

Lovely friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. We had scones and chocolate cake this afternoon both delicious. The bistro itself is very clean and well presented. Highly recommended.

We visit often and every single time have a wonderful experience! The ladies are so lovely and welcoming and the food is always beautiful . We will keep coming back and recommending to everyone!

We stopped in after a visit to Horsey Gap. Had a difficult time finding the cafe...as it's in the home behind the library by the school. What a find! Delicious desserts but really the star was this turnover. The crust was so buttery, so perfect, just delicious. Staff took care of us and were lovely. We live an hour away, no business in the area or even passing through but Husband might drive that while just to get a turnover or two.

This is a lovely cafe inside a brand new housing estate. We decided to stop in Acle travelling back to London from Norfolk to use the electric car charger nearby. We had two ‘small’ English breakfasts (which turned out to be quite large!) They were immaculately presented and tasted great. All three staff we spoke to were very friendly and smiling. Genuinely lovely people. There is a serene outside garden terrace. We have enjoyed and this made our morning!

The coffee is amazing, the pastries are delicious and the cakes are the best in the area by a mile! I would highly recommend visiting Butterfly Bistro, the staff are so welcoming, and the general vibe is brilliant! 5*

had a bit of trouble finding it, as it is inside swallowtail place. however so worth it, i had the cheeseburger, it was huge, came with a lovely side of veggies, a few onion rings, a bit of coleslaw and your choice of chips or fries. the burger itself was one of the best burgers ive had. the portion sizes are very generous, the staff is all very friendly. certainly worth a visit!
